By using JnS Creation ("the boutique", "we"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our site or place an order.

Account

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
• We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform (fraud, abusive behaviour, scraping, etc).

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of GST.
• Prices may change without notice; we'll honour the price displayed at the moment you place the order.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. We never store your card or UPI details.
• Cash on Delivery is offered subject to courier serviceability and a small COD handling fee where applicable.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy — we may decline an order (we'll refund any payment) if the item is out of stock, the address is unserviceable, or we suspect fraud.
• Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible. You can raise a return after delivery as per the Return Policy.

Custom-stitched orders (Custom Studio)

• Custom orders are made to your measurements and cannot be cancelled once cutting begins.
• Production typically takes 14–20 working days from order confirmation.
• AI-generated try-on previews are indicative only — the final stitched garment may vary slightly based on fabric, measurements, and tailoring.

Shipping

• We ship pan-India via courier partners. Tracking links are emailed.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote pincodes may take longer.
• Risk passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

• All product images, designs, and content on the site are owned by JnS Creation. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

Limitation of liability

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
