Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
- 2 days from delivery to raise a return request.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, in the original packaging.
What's NOT returnable
- Custom-stitched items (designed via Custom Studio) — these are made to your measurements and cannot be resold.
- Innerwear, lingerie, accessories (hygiene reasons).
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
- Items damaged by misuse, wash damage, or alteration done by you.
How to return
- Open your order on My Orders → tap Raise a request.
- Pick the item, choose Return, upload 1+ clear photos, give a reason.
- Our team reviews within 24 hours. On approval, we'll schedule a courier pickup at your doorstep (free of cost).
- Once we receive and inspect the parcel, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund methods
- Prepaid orders (Razorpay): Refund goes back to the original payment method (UPI/card/netbanking) within 5–7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery: Refund goes via UPI or bank transfer to the account you provide while raising the return.
- Store credit (optional): Get the refund instantly as boutique credit — usable on your next order.
Exchange
- Available for size change on the same item (subject to stock).
- Open your order → Raise a request → choose Exchange → pick new size.
- No price difference applied for like-for-like exchange.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged or has the wrong item, raise a return within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We prioritise these and waive all inspection delays.
