What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, address (when you sign up or place an order).
- Order data: items purchased, payment status, shipping address, communication preferences.
- Device: IP address, browser type, cookies/local storage (for cart + session).
- Optional: try-on selfies (deleted automatically after 30 days), measurements you save to your profile.
How we use it
- Process orders, ship products, and handle returns/refunds.
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, returns).
- Improve the storefront and respond to support requests.
- Send marketing emails ONLY with your consent (unsubscribe link in every email).
Sharing
We share order data with our courier partners (iThink Logistics, Delhivery, etc.) strictly to deliver your parcel. We never sell your data. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see your card or UPI details.

We use essential cookies for cart and login, and analytics cookies to understand storefront usage. You can clear cookies any time from your browser settings.

- Request a copy of your data — email us at the contact below.
- Request deletion — we'll remove your account and personal data within 30 days (we retain order records for the legally required period for GST/tax).
